Hakafot shniot in Carmiel with hundreds of people at beit knesset Kerem Michael of Rav Avraham Tzvi Margalit. The hakafot were prepared with the help of the Carmiel Muncipality by Mayor Moshe Koninsky and his Deputy Rav Pinchas Siroka, representative of Degel HaTorah.
